1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES
4. PRIZE DRAWING / SELECTION OF WINNER / ODDS
1. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these “Official Rules.”
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. For the purposes of these Official Rules “Immediate family members” mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses, regardless of where they live; and “Household members” mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not.
3. How to Enter
You may enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period as follows:
a. Online Entry via Demo Request Form
Visit the Sweepstakes landing page at blackore.ai/aicpa-engage-2026 and complete the demo request form in its entirety, including all required fields. By submitting the demo request form, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
b. Online Entry via Free-Entry Form
To enter the Sweepstakes without completing the demo request form, visit the Sweepstakes landing page at forms.gle/GEEwXhr7Zbm2JqKf9 and complete the free-entry form by providing your name and email address. By submitting the free-entry form, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No demo request or other obligation is required to enter via this method, and entries submitted via email will have the same odds of winning as entries submitted via the demo request form.
c. On-Site QR Code Entry
During the Entry Period, attendees may scan the QR code displayed at Sponsor’s booth, flags, or jumbotron signage, which will direct the attendee to the Sweepstakes landing page. Scanning the QR code and completing the on-site bonus entry process will entitle the attendee to nine (9) bonus entries into the Sweepstakes, in addition to any entry submitted pursuant to subsections (a) or (b) above.
d. Alternative Bonus Entry Method (for Non-Attendees)
Non-attendees who wish to receive the same bonus entries available via the on-site QR code scan may send an email to info@blackore.ai with the subject line “Bonus Entry” and include their full name in the body of the email. Each eligible email submission will entitle the non-attendee to one (1) bonus entry. Non-Attendees may receive no more than nine (9) bonus entries into the Sweepstakes.
Entry Limits: Limit one (1) initial entry per person under subsections (a) and (b), regardless of entry method. For the avoidance of doubt, an individual may submit an entry via either the demo request form (subsection (a)) or the email method (subsection (b)), but not both. Each eligible entrant may also receive nine (9) additional bonus entries by scanning the QR code at Sponsor’s booth pursuant to subsection (c) above (for attendees) or by submitting an email pursuant to subsection (d) above (for non-attendees) (but not both), for a maximum of ten (10) total entries per person. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit entries in excess of the above-stated limits are void. Entries that are fraudulent, forged, altered, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, incomprehensible, garbled or generated by a macro, bot, script or other automated means will not be accepted and will also be void. Entrants violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified. All entries become property of Sponsor, and none will be acknowledged or returned. The decisions of the Sponsor are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
4. Prize Drawing / Selection of Winner / Odds
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner (“Winner”) will be selected from all eligible entries received meeting the requirements of these Official Rules in a random drawing to be held on or around two (2) days following the end of the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted either by independent persons or a computer program that randomly chooses the Winner from all eligible entries received, and the random selection is binding and final.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. If the selected Winner is ineligible, cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize, or does not return a completed affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release within the time specified in the notification, the prize will be forfeited and a new Winner will be drawn from the remaining valid, eligible entries.
5. Prizes
The prize to be awarded from the Sweepstakes is as follows:
Grand Prize — One (1) Winner
Two (2) upper level, category 3 tickets to the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final and a trip package to the New York City / New Jersey metropolitan area, including:
- Round-trip coach air transportation for the Winner and one (1) guest from the major commercial airport nearest the Winner’s residence

Total approximate retail value (ARV): $[TBD] (USD). The ARV for each of the prizes are estimates made before the Sweepstakes begins. Any difference between an ARV and the actual cost of a prize will not be awarded.
The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable. Except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a prize of comparable or equal value may be provided. No further substitutions will be allowed. The Winner’s guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older and must execute a liability/publicity release prior to travel. All travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor; travel dates are subject to availability and blackout dates. If the Winner is unable to travel on the dates specified, the Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and a new Winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries.
The Winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes that apply to the Grand Prize. Allow two (2) to three (3) weeks for the delivery or fulfillment of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize is provided as-is, without any warranty, representation or guarantee (express or implied) relative to the use or enjoyment of the Grand Prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Notification of Winners
The Winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the prize drawing and must sign and return any required affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release. If a selected Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or does not return the required documents within the number of days specified in the notification or five (5) days after such notification, whichever comes first, the prize may be forfeited and a new Winner may be selected from remaining valid, eligible entries timely submitted.
In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the natural person who is the Authorized Account Holder of the email address specified in the entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
